一个六级考试真题的疑惑
先看一个六级考试真题的断句剖析,然后我结尾提问不知道的地方:

“that has a well-earned reputation for looking out for the interests of large corporations.”作定语从句修饰“a Supreme Court”,那为何翻译之后变成了“争论内容是「最高法院以关注大企业的利益而闻名」”如此的意思了?感觉这里的一个“a Supreme Court”被用了两次的感觉,一次是“最高法院面对的争论”,另一次是“以关注大企业的利益而闻名的最高法院”。
难道是如此理解?「But this is a real-life argument before a Supreme Court that has a well-earned reputation for looking out for the interests of large corporations.」
但总感觉哪儿不对啊。
